It seems like this should be a simple thing to accomplish, but I can't see to figure it out. I basically have a bunch of a videos from my cellphone that I want to merge into a single mkv file.

I downloaded dozens of videos (scientific documentaries) that I would like to collapse in a single movie. But since each video is particular episode, I'd like to add chapter markers to the final video ...
