Been making it like this for years and everyone raves over it!!! 1 chuck roast (4-5 lbs) 2 cans cream of mushroom (don’t come at me 🤣) 2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix 2-3 cups beef broth Olive oil S&P Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in oven-safe Dutch oven.
