4:50 PM Radar Update: Scattered storms are firing across portions of the eastern Ozarks. With the exception of one rogue left-mover in Texas County we've not seen much in the way of severe weather thusfar with these storms, but heavy rain with rainfall rates between 1-1.5" per hour have prompted a Flash Flood Warning to be issued in portions of Howell, Douglas, and Ozark counties until 10:30 PM. Radar loop as of 1120 pm: We are watching storms moving in from the west and southwest. Instability has been weaker over our region this evening which has limited stronger storm potential. We will still be watching the stronger cells moving up from eastern Oklahoma over the next hour or two. Damaging winds, and a brief tornado may still be possible.
