Gamekeeper Tip: after tilling the ground and before planting, it’s a good idea to run a cultipacker over prepared soil to ensure maximum seed to soil contact. We tilled this soil, packed it down, sowed the seed, and then packed it one more time. With a little help from the rain that is due in the next few days, we should be in a good spot to see a high germ.
