Vanilla Burnt Basque Cheesecake. Dark on top, gooey in the centre. I loved the basque cheesecake at La Viña in San Sebastián, but I love the one at @lurraw1 even more. I think a lot of places don’t go dark enough on the top, whilst also baking for too long. Don’t get me wrong, it still probably tastes good, but the beauty of this cake lies in the contrast. A subtly bitter and slightly more firm outer, with a sweet, creamy and gooey centre😍 | Notorious Foodie
