Classic Creamed Peas and Potatoes Nothing beats a good old creamy vegetable dish and this is one of our favorite classics. This one of those old fashioned dishes that never goes out of style because it’s just too good. 2 large russet potatoes peeled and diced 1 lb fresh or frozen peas 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 c half and half Kosher salt and white pepper to taste Boil the potatoes in salted water until just tender.
