Ever wonder what opossums eat? Making opo diet at the rehab is one of my favorite things. Starting with a base of cat food, then add an array of chopped fruits and vegetables, then some kind of protein. Today i used walnuts and hulled sunflower seeds. We usually rotate between nuts/seeds, eggs, chicken, mice/chicks, and whatever else we have on hand. Then mix in a dollop of plain greek yogurt and you have yourself a gourmet meal (for an opo that is). 🍽️ #opossum #possumsoftiktok #virginiaopossu
